The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 PM, so please arrive by 4:45 PM to find your seat and share this special moment with us. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
Attire: Formal
Help us celebrate in style! We’d love to see long gowns and suits with ties.

COCKTAILS
Cocktail Hour: Grab a drink, mingle, and enjoy some light bites while we get the party started!
7:00 pm
DINNER
Following cocktails, dinner will be seated outdoors as the sun sets over the Pacific.

Let’s party! Hit the dance floor with our live band and celebrate late into the night.

The weekend starts in a stunning setting over looking La Jove Cove where we will enjoy cocktails, dinner and a beautiful sunset.
Shuttles will be provided from the Lodge, leaving at 5 pm on Friday the 27th.
Attire: Cocktail Formal. Event will be outside with heaters

HOW TO GET THERE AND WHERE TO STAY
We want to make your journey to our wedding as smooth as possible! Below are some helpful details on how to get to both our ceremony and reception venues.
BY CAR
The venues have on-site parking available. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early to allow time for parking and finding your seat.
Ride Share
We recommend if you are not staying at The Lodge and plan to share a drink with us to celebrate to please use Uber or Lyft
BY AIR
For our out-of-town guests, the closest airport is the San Diego International Airport or McClellan-Palomar Airport in Carlsbad. Both are about 20 - 30 minutes from The Lodge.

THINGS TO DO
If you have some extra time during the weekend, here are a few of our favorite ways to enjoy the area!
Hike Torrey Pines: Head straight from The Lodge to the trails at Torrey Pines and make your way down toward the beach. The Torrey Pines State Beach and Broken Hill Loop is a great option for incredible coastal views along the way.
Explore La Jolla: Spend a few hours exploring La Jolla. Walk around the shops, kayak through La Jolla Cove, or grab a drink at one of the rooftop bars overlooking the coast.
Play Torrey Pines Golf Course: Take advantage of being right next to the world-famous Torrey Pines Golf Course! We’re working on securing tee times for Friday the 27th ahead of public availability. If you’re interested in playing, reach out to Nash early for details.
Visit the Torrey Pines Gliderport: Just down the street, the Torrey Pines Gliderport is one of our favorite spots to grab a drink or bite to eat. Stop by the outdoor Cliffhanger Café and watch the hang gliders and paragliders take off from the cliffs and land right in front of you. They also have live music on Saturdays!
Drinks at La Jolla Shores: Head down to the La Jolla Shores Hotel for a drink and a snack by the beach. It’s an easy, laid-back way to spend an afternoon and enjoy the ocean.
Relax at The Lodge: Spend some time by the pool at The Lodge. Grab a drink, relax, and enjoy some downtime before the wedding festivities begin.

What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the ceremony starts to ensure you have enough time to find parking, get settled, and enjoy the pre-ceremony moments. Please be seated by 4:45 pm.

If your invitation includes a plus one, you're welcome to bring a guest. If not, we ask for your understanding as we have limited space.
